Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original modular packaging, ensuring all hardware, panels, and protective edging are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Vego Garden

  Affix your provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garden beds for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
